Thanks for this - i'm not that bad :A The thing is I wrote 3 letters to stores involved and head office. After a few weeks followed up with stores where incident been dealt with and reported back to head office. Sent further 2 follow up letters to head office plus phone calls and never received a single reply :mad::mad::mad: Head office is just blatantly ignoring me, which is driving me mad...

honestly, if i really wanted to do it, I would've done it without letting everyone know. i just needed to vent - feel better now:)

afternoon all. Suns out here which is a nice change.

Hope someone can help clarify something for me. I'm going to As tonight to use up some small APGs. I read earlier on about the litres of Smirnoff £17 in A and £15 in T (from today) and thought I might get some with my shop. I also noticed that Bacardi is the same prices in both stores but on my sm the Bacardi is showing as a whopping £24.20:eek:
Does this mean that it wouldn't produce an APG? as Asda use My sm for comparison. Or have I got that wrong?

Still on the learning curve here and don't want to make an expensive mistake! TIA

My Mr A is soooo clean recently, they have employed so many cleaners in the car park, it must cost them more in wages than the wombles used to. Today I pulled a long train of trolleys apart, which people stared at me, to grab 2 nice receipts ... only to find they were from Nov 2011 :mad:

But got home to find 2 of Body shop orders had arrived, with lovely gift sets. So pleased with them :T

Its taken me all morning to catch up, thats what happens when work gets in the way :-(

To anyone with the McCain pdf....i have tried printing it off this morning and despite all of my best efforts, it still will print on 2 pages and not the one that I want it to. What am I doing wrong?
