getting my own morgage

Options
im a single lady who would like to get a small morgage. i am looking to borrow about 50,000 i have the same as a deposit. i only work part time with a salary of approx 14k. i dont have the best credit history but have tried desp hard to correct this. what are my chances

    I would say pretty good and should be with high st lender at normal rates best to consult fees free independent broker like me there are penty on this site

    You should be able to find plenty of lenders to help.

    The rate they offer may reflect your past credit problems, but you shuld be able get something sorted out
