submit button was there for me once I had logged onto the site

I may be daft, but I keep getting asked to submit my age, but I don't see where to input my age. I am logged in, and do see the submit button0

Once I pressed submit I was taken to the log in screen and everything went through.
I chose the 'I am over 18' age thingy.
Using IE.
