are these codes open to everyone? cos i sent them an email asking if they did any special offers for new customers/students (well if you dont ask you dont get!) and they turned around and spouted the 'no our prices are competitive enough' garbage.

Where are the codes from? Are they open to everyone or were they individually mailed to you? This information should be posted with a code, see the guidelines at the top of the vouchers board for more on how we have to post on this board.

Warning about AdditionsDirect
Email received today after making an order online with AdditionsDirect.
I have made many orders and have had a few problems and had no previous warning emails just this email saying DO NOT BUY FROM US AGAIN.
I have 2 accounts with Additions direct 1 pay by Credit card, 1 account I pay on time and in full on invoice.
I use the account because they made so many errors ie pricing and promotional codes they have sent me not being taken off.
I have then after nearly every order email or phone to get this sorted out.
Am I too much of annoyance for them?

I have to say my experience with Additions has been awful.
I ordered a bed that was faulty, they couldn't order the part they insisted on replacing the whole bed. It only took them 3 months to get a replacement to me. The replacement is also faulty but this time I found the manufacturers details and contacted them direct. Faulty part replaced within a week.0
