I have looked at RM 'house prices - all years' but this property is not listed so I am not sure if the £189,999 is a fair asking price or not?
Anyone able to help out and give their opinion on the asking price...
Thankyou!!

How does it compare to asking prices for similar property near by, or sale prices on anything similar.0

Zoopla suggests that other detached houses on the same street have sold for close to the asking price (most recently £184k in March 2012). The slightly cheaper ones are 3-beds so at first glance it looks a sensible price to me. http://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/dereham/de-narde-road/Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

It's hard to say without knowing the area.
Looking at it i would need to spend about 20k, perhaps even 25k on it to bring back to A1 standard.
Not sure where it is or what the area is like / what the schools are like etc but £185k for a 4 bed detached is on the low side.0 -
Looking at properties within 3 miles you can get pretty much the same house or better from £165000, so overpriced.
Quick tip when clicking on the "see more properties like this button" always change the updated search criteria by lowering the minimum by at least 50k and widening the search area by more than 1/2 a mile.0
