Can anyone advise me, I know you can claim back your bank charges but can you claim back similar charges from your mortgage company. I had a very bad patch a year or so ago due to being made redundant and pregnant and ending up single etc. whilst my mortgage company were trying to reposes my house they were enforcing heavy charges at between £25.00 and £75.00 a time totalling around £2K. Fortunately (or not as the case may be) I did manage to sell my property before they got their hands on it but I was wondering if I can claim back these charges?
Thanks in advance

You make it look like you had nothing to do with any of this. Why shouldnt a lender charge you if you breach contract? Most of the money lenders lend has been bought in they still have to pay on time even if you dont pay themWho I am is not important. What I do is.0 -
Not at all! just a set of unfortunate circumstances
Thank you so much for your wonderful advice0 -
