Dilemma over wedding breakfast menu

We're having a small wedding (30 guests) and the menu is proving difficult for us. Our first choice is salmon for the main course but one of our friends hates fish. It's common knowledge and a running joke between us over the years so we feel if we go with salmon we'd be saying "we know you don't like it but tough".…

I'm really fussy about meat, I don't like beef or pork I only really eat chicken.

If I was you I'd have the salmon and have a veggie option too.
