Good quality, comfy, durable socks!

Hi, sorry for the random question but I'm fed up of bits coming off my socks - I have probably 10 different types, and they almost all do it, it's especially noticeable if I do any sort of sports, and probably doesn't help that I like to wear relatively thick socks.

Can anyone please recommend some decent ones? The closest I've come is Nike - they're super comfy and aren't *too* bad for bits coming off, but on the flipside... well, they have a Nike tick on them and they do still have the problem.

Don't mind what I have to pay (within reason) for something super comfy and durable :) Thanks!

I buy socks from HJ Hall
I get the indestructable ones and have been for 35 years, each pair last me about a year, I find them comfotable and certainly durable summer or winter.
You can't buy direct but there is a list of stockists, I just bought my next supply and they come in packs of a dozen pairs working out at about £3/pair. Not cheap but as I said they do last :)
  • Im not great on socks but. I Know this sounds cheapish. I buy my socks from Poundland. The mens range are super comfy and I never have bits falling off them. Im not sure what range they are. But for £1 for 2/3 pairs... cant go wrong with that.

Thanks both, I'll order some from HJ Hall online, and next time I'm near a Primark I'll pick some up from there too and see how I get on :)
