I have paid my account off with vouchers. Just send them to the address on your statement with the payment slip. I sent mine registered "just in case".

Don't know if you'd be able to use them if you don't have an account though. HTH

i haven't got an account but my next door neighbour is letting me order from hers. don't fancy the packed store on sat and i never seem to get anything. how does it work online, is it like debenhams sale where you can never get on?

No it's not like the Debehams online sale. However orderering is quite slow - have to click on the item you want which takes you to a page where you select the size and quantity required, you then have to wait again whilst it checks stock. It can be annoying as most time the item is out of stock and normally on a 2-4 week delay! Even with a vip slot i have had to wait for items to come in to stock.

But it's always worth it as most items are half price!
