Is it lactose that is the problem because you can get lactose free cheese?
Or is it cow dairy because pecorino sardo is a sheep's milk cheese which is a good substitute for parmesan and there are many goats milk cheeses available?0 -
I suggest you have a look at Asian style cooking
They don't tends to use milk/ Cheese.0 -
There's a vegan parmesan type cheese that you could use in the cheese sauce and as a topping. It comes in little tubs and doesn't need chilling.0
