I buy the drowsy and non drowsy versions cheaply from Home Bargains and find that the 'drowsy' ones give me a good nights sleep when I need it!;)

  • They are going to frustrate 1/12 of customers as it will not accept that you are x years and 0 months, I had to lie and say x years and 1 month, every month is precious ;)

It's also very frustrating when they let you order thngs, then tell you that they can't send you more than x amount of certain products! Why not tell me that before I place the order?

Was just about to say they cause drowsiness for me unfortunately. I have to buy loratadine which is non-drowsy.

"Officially" the non drowsy ones are Cetirizine but I find it's the other way round for me too.

When I read up on this, it just means more people find Cetirizine non drowsy than Loratadine in clinical studies. From memory I think it was something like 10% of people did experience drowsiness anyway.

Personally I alternate both types of tablets and take them before I go to bed each night. I also take the Beconase type nasal sprays (found the generic large size ones on that site a lot cheaper than anywhere else too, cheers OP).

Same here I use them out of date and they haven't done me any harm :j

The 12 packets of cetirizine tablets I ordered arrived today and the expiry date is 03/2014. Really great deal, thanks OP. :T

Good for travel sickness too, used it for years for that, we never go anywhere without it.

I always keep a supply since my husband is allergic to insect venom and my son can puke in a stationary car, so I have bought my 12 packs too.
