Hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible to get a mortgage with defaults on credit report? And if so, what mortgage company I should be looking at?
I have a few defaults from student account overdrafts on my file.
I currently earn £39,000 and have around £12,000 in savings. i am looking to buy a house around £90,000 to £100,000.
Thank you

When were the defaults put on, how much and have they been settled?

Probably need a 15% deposit minimum. Were they satisfied?
