Post Office account

Hi all. I had my court date thing today for bankrupcy and I forgot to ask a question.
I have bank accounts with debts which were declared. But on a page it also asks what accounts you hold in your name, including ones in credit or something. I have a post office account that my benefits get paid into (child benefit, job seekers etc) which doesn't have an overdraft facility. Will that account be frozen? My payments are due to go in next week and I cant afford for a week's worth of payments to be missed or taken by the courts as payment towards my debts
Any ideas?

make sure you make it clear on the forms, and when you have the OR interview that it is the account you use for day to day expenses, then it should be ok. It might be worth opening a barclays or co-op account just in case, as these are both BR friendly (well, tolerant anyhow)Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg
