Has anyone used Nationwide's free legal services?

If so, do you recommend their services?
I am looking at their flexible mortgage (https://www.nationwide.co.uk/mortgages/interestrates-types/specialoffers.htm?offer=6) and that comes with "Free standard legal fees - save £686 on a house worth £150,000 when you use our licensed conveyancer" which I presume means I don't need to pay for my own solicitor. It also includes "Free standard valuation report - save £225 on a property worth £150,000" which seems good, and £300 cash back.
