help please fed ex postal service ripped me off

hi
i know this is probably wrong area but here goes..sent a parcel to usa by fed ex online..had to print customs inv etc and attach to parcel..cost 60 quid as it was big,went online to see if it was there-it was stuck in customs in usa-i rang fed ex uk asking !!!!!! etc..they said invoices werent on parcel-when driver in uk picked up parcel they were fine,now im told parcel has been returned to uk and ive gotta pay 75 quid for retun ! i rang again saying !!!!!!..tjhe lady said labels must have gone missing during trasnsit..but i still had to pay it !...and if i didnt want it and they destroyed it..id still have to pay it !!! i need urgent advice plse:eek:
