Do we need to put the credit card balance on the mortgage questionaire? Even though it gets paid in full each month??
Thanks

I usually ask clients to declare it, but where it says balance write across cleared monthly. That way if the credit search shows up a card with a balance, nothing has been witheld.
Most applications have a tick box at the end asking you to confirm if it is cleared, is this not the case?0 -
I agree with Lisa. There's no harm in disclosing a relatively small balance which gets cleared monthly and it avoids any implication of lack of honest disclosure.0

I said today to our existing provider, she just said so we don't carry forward any balances, I said no, it is paid off in full each month. They seemed happy with that.0
