ideas for husbands 50th just after xmas

my husband is 50 in january and his birthday always gets forgotten as its so close to christmas so i want to make it a bit special for him. ive booked a party for him but hes really hard to buy for as it is. he says he'd like an event thing ie a sky dive or something but we havent got a huge budget. im willing to make things and hes an old punk
if thats any help.

Re sky dive could you arrange him to do one for charity? Most charities work around the fact if you raise a certain amount of money then you jump for free - you can get everyone at the party to sponsor him lol
