sorry ACG - i was in a bit of a fluster when I first posted - as you can imagine, if its all good it means we can get on with the rest of our lives, if its just a means of getting in the door then its a massive disappointment. One that will bring back many memories of being shafted by exwives, solicitors and nearly giving up the ghost by declaring him bancrupt - but we didn't and we battle on with self-respect and little in our pockets trying to prove that HE is not a bad risk!!

brokers actual company name is chatsworth mortgage service ltd, rotherham they are registered with FSA but see to be a very small firm with little assets and little cash flow.

Speak to them, see what they have to offer. read EVERYTHING come back on here with any questions and we can let you know if they appear to be conning you or not.

If theyre happy to provide copies of everything then there shouldnt be an issue.

Sorry for kind of turning, but we see so many posts on here which are a waste of time.

If you post all the facts upfront we can give you the best answers possible rather than getting through 14 posts which go from calling the wrong company cowboys to the total opposite end of the spectrum.
