mortage help please

we seems to be having trouble selling our flat, mainly cos people our buyers go to dont mortgage on ex local authority flats, its a maisonetee ie 2 stories high, any one know of mortgage companys that will lend on this ??:mad:

    There are a few lenders who will lend on ex council maisionett flats

    Abbey,Halifax,Woolwich,Nationwide Progressive Preferred

    there are plenty of lenders who do ex council flats as long as they are not high rise
    I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)
