Sorry to go a bit off topic, but are everyone's children really into Olympic stuff now? This stuff clearly didn't sell during the games, so are you just getting it now because its a bargain, or do you genuinely want memorabilia & souvenirs?
And what did your kids think of the mascots?
Just curious (it is to do with my job) & I'd be grateful for some feedback!

I am getting these as souvenirs for myself and my 4-year old daughter, who seems to like Wenlock despite its strange look. I also have relatives overseas and they would make cheap presents for the kids!:)
  • my seven year old is olympic obsessed, we bought a few things before and during the games, but couldn't afford much, so it's great to get a few bargains for him now.:j

The mascots are so hideous it is no wonder the sourvenirs didn't sell during the Olympics. Retailers must be drowning in all the old stock.

At these prices, I bought a few things to keep as momentos of the London Olympics. Still think they're ugly though.... so I suppose it's really for the 'keepsake' value than whether or not I actually like them...
  • It seems that adults don't like the mascots, but kids do?!

My son was interested, but old enough to understand that it was going to drop in price after the Olympics. As he only got hooked in the second week he didn't mind waiting.
