Barclays online banking - gaining access

Hi...
I've just opened a Barclays Cash Card A/C.
Due to the BR marker on my file, I was not given access to OLB.
I've been discharged for a few years now though ... so the advisor took a copy of my Discharge Certificate and should have sent it off a few days ago.
I have everything needed to login, just waiting for them to remove BR marker and grant access.
Any idea how long it usually takes?

If memory serves me right it took a few days after my discharge letter was faxed from my local branch.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)

I did mine 2 weeks ago took about 3 or 4 days.0
