Well as of 10.15 today, im now debt free. and bankrupt.

Was so nervous, but wasnt too bad. Spoke to OR today aswell, over the phone.(IN THE COURTS) Just waiting for the paper work now.

Cant believe how calm i was, untill i reached the waiting room, to see the judge. Once in there, i was there for 2 mins, max. I had to ask if i could go, As i just sat there like a plank. Few more things sorted. Then out, Only took about an hour. So all you people out there. Who would like to do it. Its not so bad at all. Believe me.

Thought would have a good day, but work balls my wages up. :mad: So not got them. But still managed to get a few bargins, for littleone today. So had a good day,

I am a week in now and still cannot come to terms with it. I agree it's not as bad as I had imagined either, and well done you for keeping calm, it is hard when you put that much pressure on yourself.

Well so far i haven't heard a particularly bad experience for anyone at their bankrupcy hearing! Glad that you got through the experience ok and hopefully now things will only get better for you! :j

thanks all, it onlt really sinked in, when i had a phone call from my one of creditors. and i couls tell them, that they cant do anything now ,lol
