Do you have to claim Quidco cashback or is it automatically transferred?

Only used Quidco twice

Once to get £25 cashback on car insurance

This shows up on my account but not sure how I actually get the £25

It was back in June so I might have already had it

Question is really:

Do you have to claim Quidco cashback or is it automatically transferred to your account?
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

  • If you've set up the account with your bank details, it goes in directly when it's received from the company.

How often do you make a payment run?

We send payments of confirmed cashback to our customers in our weekly payment runs - these take place on Thursdays and you do need to allow a few working days for the payment to reach your bank account or PayPal account.
Please note - the minimum we can pay you in any payment run is £1.01. If your confirmed cashback is less than this, your payment will roll over until this amount has been reached and we’ll send it to you in the next payment run.

The maximum that can be paid into a PayPal account is £25

It is automatically paid once you reach the minimum threshold set in your account settings. If you've already had it your on line account will tell you when it was paid into your account. You would have also received an e-mail to tell you.

I haven't had the payment yet - checked my bank account attached to My Quidco

In my Quidco account it just says:

    03 May 12 - Churchill Car Insurance — 25.00 "Tracked"

So how can I get it?
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?
  • If you check the Churchill page on Quidco, it tells you that the payment speed is typically up to 6 months.

'Tracked' means just that. Once it's changed to 'Confirmed' the payments been received by Quidco and they should pay you on their next payment run.
