Any one had any dealings with onebill telecoms I am trying to get out of their grubby hands I am out of contract but they still want me to pay 299.00 to leave if I don't give them 42 days cancellation notice

Have now discovered that because I did not give 42 day notice onebill have extended my contract for another 12 months without notifying or my permission (my 3 year contract ended July 12)Since found out this is illegal to home landlines but not if your on a business one( being made illegal in dec 12
