no idea if these firms / products are reputable.. prices seem lower than elsewhere.. for a Dell Inspiron 1545.

You could post in the tech forum as a few there deal in laptop repairs and will likely know where to get reasonable replacement batteries.
Of those two, I would go with top battery as they have larger capacity batteries and they have a 3 year warranty - 60 day money back option
