Not having a dig, just curious as my "view" and posibly lenders views of your situation seem at odds to yours.

This may be possible, but is not going to be easy, I would suggest sitting down with a broker, to see what is possible, this is almost certainly going to take a lot of phone calls to underwriters to see if they would consider, before placing an app/AIP - don't just apply as if/when you are declined it will have a negative impact on your credit score, so make sure you are fairly confident of getting the right result before applying.
