Ticket refund time

Has anyone been refunded for tickets they returned through the post?

Just wondering how long this takes as I sent mine back nearly 2 weeks ago.

Do they send an acknowledgement email for receipt?
I don't expect much joy trying to get through to them on the phone.

I know they said up to 28 days but can't see how it can take that long.

I've sent a few back (don't ask, its an addiction). The first few were refunded within 10 days, but the last batch sent on the 24th haven't been refunded yet. At a guess, they have too many too handle and are slightly delayed. They don't send an acknowledgement email or anything so just keep checking your bank account.

I've returned a couple of things (decided I'd rather have an Excel pass than Goalball for example) and it's all been paid back into my account but I've never had an acknowlegment. They appear on your statement as "WWW.TICKETS.LONDON, LONDON WC2H". I returned one set of tickets via standard post (didn't pay for registered) and the others I was going to collect so I didn't really have to do anything.

Got my credit card refunded for 4 tickets that I put up for resale without having to return the originals. (after they had been resold)
