hi many thanks for your help...i have now sent them a letter asking for the original documents and dates regarding this debt .i sent then recorded so i know they have received it, shall i wait till i receive word back from them or shall i send the statute barred letter now ,also shall i cancel the direct debit as it is due end of the month or do i have to wait a certain time ?
