I don't know about anyone else, but I've got most of the space in my cupboard taken up with exercise equipment I no longer use. I've discovered a FREE website that provides body weight exercise routines (20 different ones at least). Most can be done without the need of equipment and perfect for the great outdoors, indoors, on holidays or even in the kids playground. You can go extremely hardcore or do the very basic.. go at your pace.
We're talking variation of push-ups, squats, chin-ups and the like here but routines will cover your whole body. The complex ones are ones that become easier with persistence. I so want to learn how to do hand stands!!

They also release new inspiring videos (no I'll never do half of the stuff either) every so often on Youtube (click here for their Youtube space). You'll be notified when new ones are available if you sign up to the newsletters on the bodyweightculture website.
Thought I'd share it as I can't afford a gym membership. I've felt far more benefits from following the 20 Level Challenge (link here but only if you've signed up for the free membership) than I ever did with protein supplements, home gym etc. I've been with them for about a year and have never had spam from them.
Meet you in the park for some burpees? :j
