I think they are waiting until all the codes have been issued. That way they get more people to email/subscribe.Is their is only a certain amount of £5 to give away and they gave them out early they would have to close the offer early!0

I think they're frantically working on an updated version of their website with all prices increased by £5!! To be uploaded at the same time that the vouchers are sent out.
Cynical?? Moi??0 -
cant see them putting there prices up by to much as that way they wont be competitive.. they probably hoping that if you buy one thing with your code you will also buy another item..
i always do a check with comparrison sites for any cd's or dvds that i want and go with the cheapest most of the time this has been with play not not always..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear

No it hasnt, if the last paper wasnt published till tuesday its been less than 72 hours. Unless you got the code before usSmile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
Scanner... if you have been waiting for more than 72 hours then you probably won't be getting your £5 voucher as they will suspect you of improperly obtaining the codes. As the above poster points out they weren't issued to the public until Tuesday morning.0

The closing date is tomorrow (8.4.05) so the vouchers will be received within 72 hours of this date and no later than (11.4.05)

sorry, I mis-calculated.......It hasn't been 72 hours yet (I did it on Tuesday).
But do you have to register with play.com first and then enter the codes?
Or you only need to register after you receive the voucher?0 -
You should be able to obtain vouchers before you register with Play.com. I have not noticed anywhere in the T&Cs about registering to obtain vouchers. Play.com are probably offering these £5 vouchers to attract new customers to their website, and it is unlikely they expect customers to just sign up straight away.
