All these people attacking each other, and they dont know each other!

The question is, do all mortgage brokers in England act this way? and if so, why do they bring their profession so far down the food chain that the APR is so high?

Guess I rest My case <--feel more arrogant attackers coming on here, which if they do, will clearly state my point yawn...

I Can't wait for the next lame broker All you do is bring your OWN INTEGRITY DOWN AND NOBODY WILL ASK FOR YOUR ADVICE

It's like a BIG JOBBY they will bypass you:T

There are only 2-3 that act this way the rest are great AND convey great advice to all

You will know who I am referring to, as the people in here are not stupid and are well aware of those who attack others and relent to ch:A ildish antics:A

I understood brokers came here to help and not confuse people like you are clearly doing - Dont you have enough clients to service ?

IF you did why come here and attack people you dont know?

    Is it playgroup or what?

Great now Im a broker. So not only can you not speak or write English you havent noticed that there is not a brokers signature under my posts. Just because it took you an age to work out how to put a signature on doesnt mean I have the same problem. I think I will have to change mine just for you to read "Dont argue with me I will drag you UP to my level and beat you with experience"
I like your line about enough clients, what are you doing here touting for business?

Obviously absolutebounder hasn't quite mastered the art of using apostrophies in the English language.

A really pathetic thread that doesn't help the OP.

Thanks, I've always wanted to be called a knob:D .

We are objecting to wardlaw because he is breaking site rules and touting for business and well, generally talking absolute !!!!!!!! most of the time. Oh that and the fact he can't string a sentence together so he is not much use to a forum member asking for advice if they cannot understand a word he is saying.

    Just for clarification

You ask for Advice not Advise
    You give Advice not Advise
Mortgage is spelt with a T

Any Adviser worth their salt would be competent enough to spell words he or she says or types several times a day.

    Mmmm, excuse me!

    What was the question?

    JoeK
I am an Independent Financial Adviser.

Sorry to the OP and I certainly don't have anything to the offer, I'm sure it'll get back on track in a min, but for now this made me laugh...
...and has only learnt to write in capitals (big letters to you wardlaw)
...although not quite as much as Wardlaw's subsequent post! :):)
    Cheers guys

Good point JoeK Now given that I have been promoted to mortgage adviser by Wardlaw. I shall show my experience and competence with the answer for the OP.
This site is not allowed to give advice (note correct spelling Wardlaw). Thus I think it best that you seek the advice of an independent, English or Welsh Broker, or if in Northern Ireland one of theirs. This is due to the fact that some Scottish advisers are used to different rules and have no understanding of the English way.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

There should be an award for the funniest thread - this would cetainly get a nomination!

Back to the OP. You have declared your debts and how much they are costing you each month, this is the figure that the lender will make their decision on. So if they have said they will lend you the money then you should be fine - so long as the credit checks comes back as expected.

If you wanted you could also think about adding some of the loans to the mortgage, which might reduce the interest rate, although it would probably increase the term and consequently the total payable over the term.

Hi thanks for the reply's. Our mortgage is already with halifax for 90,000 and no one else would have us because of the credit we had.
Wouldn't want to add current debts to the mortgage as i hope to have these paid off by next summer. Will go ahead and see what hppens, thanks again
