How do you rate your bank account's service?

We run this poll on big banks every six months, to see how the experience changes. We’d love your feedback.

At the time of typing 27 people have voted saying they have had great service from Natwest/RBS over the last 6 months, for once I'm speechless!

I voted Santander, in credit and great.

I'd like to see a poll for OVERALL service which would include rates/value for money of service as well as purely customer service.

I am with Bank of Scotland and they have been so good that I have not had to contact customer services about anything.

Didn't Natwest's technical problems affect Bank of Scotland? If so I think the two should have been listed separately on the poll!

You mean Royal Bank of Scotland as they are the owners of Natwest

Interestingly you are only able to vote for 1 bank in this poll when I would think most people use more than 1 bank these days?! I use 5 all on a regular basis.

So I chose to complain about my worst experience (which is actually with First Direct) rather than praise the one I think is the best (which for me has been Natwest).

I doubt it, since Bank of Scotland is part of Lloyds Banking Group whereas Natwest isn't...
