Long Term Mortgage, more than 31 years?

Are there any providers that will give you a long term mortgage. Current provider offered 31 years. I am 32, hubby is 34. Anywhere that does longer? Would probably change it in about 5 years time and reduce the term, just right now could do with it over a long long time!

yes you can probably get up to 40 yrsI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
