Hi - got the brealdown of fee's from Equita.

They have charged £42.50 for statutory Visit Fees and £46 for Levy Fees. As I said above I have never spoken to a bailiff at my home

send the council an e-mail to the revenues department

    Dear sir

please provide the following information as it would appear your contractors Equita are being rather evasive to my request for an itemised breakdown of fees
attached is a copy of the e-mail sent to Equita and there reply
as you will see there are no dates , times or named bailiffs who have allegedly attended my home
Had a bailiff attended my home and left a hand a delivered notice i would be aware of the above information as it would have been written on said notice i therefore see no reason why Equita have not supplied the information request
May i also point out i have been charged a levy fee legislation clearly states a notice of seizure/walking possession agreement should have been left at property at the time distress was levied
i therefore request a copy of the walking possession agreement that was allegedly left at my property

please supply this information within 7 days failure to do so will result in the first instance in a formal complaint to the CEO
please also forward me a copy of your corporate complaints procedure and the name of the person to whom my corporate complaint should be addressed to
I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites
