Off sick on no pay - still employed?

Statutory entitlement is 5.6 weeks. That equates to 28 days for someone working 5 or more days a week.
It can't be paid unless it is taken (it's paid leave not pay as such). The exception is that accrued statutory leave can be paid on termination of employment.0
