I like to add a little mint sauce to peas. Or if you grow your own herbs, add some chopped up parsley or basil?

Have to say though, surely making mixed veg more exciting is something you have to do for a two year old? :)
  • Frozen mixed veg - bleugh.

I'm veggie and have been for nearly 30 years and can't think of a worse way to eat veg.

IMHO nothing makes it interesting - apart from composting it which would raise a flicker of interest in my world.
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.
