And I second the hand lotion / mosturiser idea, I have had dry skin since been pregnant in 2006! how about this

I second hand cream or moisturisers, burts bees do a range which is suitable for pregnancy. At least you know it is safe to use.

I don't know what your budget is so hopefully these will be within limits.
