Can you use The Javelin without having a travel pass?

Hi all

I was delighted today to finally lay my hands on tickets for the athletics for the Paralympics. However, I wasn't so delighted when I found out that having picked the print at home option we won't be sent travel cards. You have to pick them up from the venue. My question is how do we get to the venue using The Javelin if we don't have travel passes? You don't seem to be able to buy tickets for The Javelin as it is assumed you will have a pass.

Hi,
I did exactly the same and chose the print at home option and then found out about the travelcards. I phoned the customer helpline and asked to change it to be delivered instead (and pay £6). He said it should be possible but had to email another department. That was yesterday and I haven't heard anything yet am hopeful!! I was really kicking myself about it but now I'm just going to think myself lucky that I've got the tickets.

You can buy a single from St Pancras station (from the machines, the queues are usually quite long). When you collect your tickets and travelcard you will be able to use them for the return journey.
