I applied for a qucik loan 2 weeks ago and couldnt complete the form , as I have reading difficulties. yesterday I went to the bank and laonsdirect and myloans took all my money. can i get this back or what do I do please help.

    These are loan brokers,they have charged you a fee for using there service.if you do not want that service then you need to write to them using recorded delivery and ask for your money back.If they refuse or ignore you then you need to send a formal complaint also by recorded delivery.
    If after 8 weeks you still havent received a refund or a reply then the financial ombudsman can step in and try to get your money back.
    Either way the money is gone and getting it back wont be easy,made the same mistake myself almost 10 weeks ago and im still waiting for my refund! good luck and id suggest you contact your local citizens advice bureau if you have reading/writing difficultys as they are there to help.

    Nothing wrong with this post though so is it just reading you have trouble with not writing?
