Shall I keep quiet or contact them?

On 2nd August, I ordered 2 of the same product on Amazon via their marketplace. I have received the order on 6th Aug (but I didn't collect it until 8th as at work).
Today, I had an e-mail from Amazon about the seller not giving Amazon any details of shipment and not charging my credit card. Order was for £5.50.
I am thinking should I contact seller and be honest or keep quiet about it. Though if I do the latter, I am worried, I will get caught.
What would you do? Has this happened before? Plus if I do try to contact, them it may take forever.

For the sake of a fiver, I wouldnt want to be thought of as dishonest, even if its me that is calling myself dishonest.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
