Littlewoods catalog charges

Hi everybody!
Just started the process for claiming back my credit card charges and remembered I also had a Littlewoods catalog account that would also charge £12/£24 for missed payments!
I would wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction on claiming these back or if anybody has any success in this?
