Good mortgage Broker

Hi looking for a mortgage anybody know any good mortgage brokers.

I want to borrow around 63000 i have around 15% deposit i have tried nationwide but they turned me down. I finished a i.v.a in 2010 it drop off my file in 2011 so i have 1 years clean credit history. Do i stand a chance of gettting any mortgage if so who do i try.

Advice would be great

You will struggle, what is your income, might be better waiting for a year or two if you can as the impact of the Iva will be much less after more time.

You MIGHT need to get to 20%.

Dave Ham - a member on here is your best bet, i think he might be on his jollies for a week or 2 now but he generally knows his stuff when it comes to adverse credit - hes helped me on a couple of cases also when ive struggled to place them.
