Kitchen Knifes

Not to sure whether this is on the right board but we are looking for a really good, sharp set of kitchen knifes (and sharpener) at a reasonable price. The last couple of sets we have have had havent been that good.

I got a Sabatier set in Robert Dyas, they are now £30 but I paid £40. If you do a search under Sabatier, mine is the 5 piece set. I am very happy with them. I also got a Kitchen Devils stell-like thing, a handle with two miniature steels on it that meet in a V, it seems to keep them sharp, but I am told you're better off with a proper steel!
