Geographical restrictions: UK residents and Republic of Ireland only

1. The promotion is open to University students who are UK or Republic of Ireland resident aged 16 years or over ("Entrants"), excluding employees of DSG Retail limited (the "Promoter") (and their families) and the Promoter's associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. By entering the promotion, the winner may be required to take part in publicity as required by the Promoter and agrees to allow (the Promoter) the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by the Promoter or any associated, affiliated or subsidiary company. All such publicity shall be undertaken by the winner free of charge.
3. If you participate you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. To enter the promotion you must go to either www.currys.co.uk, www.pcworld.co.uk, www.currys.ie, or www.pcworld.ie and complete the online entry form from 9th August 2012 to 12th September 2012
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete entry forms
6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are not received or for delays in the receipt of prizes by the winner.
7. The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit, delay or prohibit an Entrants ability to participate in the promotion.
8. If the entry procedure to the promotion is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of ‘spam’ entries or falsified data the Promoter may withdraw the promotion at its absolute discretion.
9. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary, but Entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.
10. Participation is limited to one entry per person.
11. No bulk, third party, or organised group entries will be accepted. No incomplete corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will be accepted.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion (including altering any prizes) if it becomes reasonably necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its control. All amendments will be published on the website.
13. There will be one prize of £10,000.or 12,000 Euros A cheque will be posted to the winner within 28 days of the competition closing on the 12th September 2012. The cheque will be made payable to the student name supplied on the entry form. No alternative payment arrangements will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable.
14. The winner of the prize is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these Terms. In the event they are unable to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate it to another eligible Entrant. The winning student will be required to submit valid identification and verification of their current University course enrolment of the Academic year 2012/13 before receiving their prize.
15. One Winner will be chosen at random no later than the 19th September 2012.
16. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 14 working days of the draw. The Promoter will use the reasonable endeavours to contact the winner within this time period but should the winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 21 working days of being notified the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible Entrant.
17. The winner will be announced on www.currys.co.uk , www.pcworld.co.uk, www.currys.ie, or www.pcworld.ie Details of the winner will be available by writing to Win Your Fees Promotion, Dixons Retail DSG Retail Ltd, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7TG after the 10th of October 2012.
18. The Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of the prize, save for personal injury or death resulting from the Promoter’s negligence.
19. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
20. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that any Entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity connected with the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Entrant and any related entries.
21. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
