Terms & Conditions

Please read the following ‘Terms & Conditions’ for our ‘Win an iPad’ competition.

1. To enter our competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Attwood Solicitors or All4Law.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Each valid email address can be entered into the draw once.
6. If you want to enter our competition you may enter via the form on https://www.attwoodsolicitors.co.uk/win, our facebook page or by sending the form that is available in the Sentinel or at the Penkhull Jazz and Blues Festival to Attwoods Solicitors, 5-7 Hartsill Road, Stoke-on-trent, ST4 1QH.
7. The winner will be selected at random on the 30th September 2012.
8. The closing date is 29th September 2012, and Attwood Solicitors reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. If you are the winner of the competition, we will notify you via email or SMS. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Attwood Solicitors will contact the winning applicant to arrange delivery to a suitable address.
11. The iPad will be sent to the winning applicant using recorded delivery.
12. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Attwoods Solicitors, 5-7 Hartsill Road, Stoke-on-trent, ST4 1QH after the closing date.
13. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Attwood Solicitors may require.
14. This is a free draw hosted by Attwood Solicitors.
15. The prize for this competition is one (1) Apple iPad.
16. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
17. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
18. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
19. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
20. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
