mobile phone insurence policy admin services

hi some people may well know about this oufit already and like my family member she was too sucked in her story is this she has only just realised that she was paying for insuresnce from 2007 and not realised it she asked policy admin to send proof of her sighing which they did but she says she was pressured into signing this altho she told the sales member that the phone would be covered on the house insurence therefore the policy would not suit her is their anyway she has a case to reclaim her premiums back?on the basis of the policy being missold any advice please thanks

hi just to let anyone know that they can reclaim their monthly premiums back from this company like i did £559 on the basis of the insurence being missold which i did :D:D my story and i hope it helps other people as i too needed help from the forum so this is my way of giving a little bit back, i rang up PAS and made a complaint for missold insurence and also said i dont remember signing an agreement and asked for them to send it signed by me on other posts they couldnt provide this so settled the claim but with me they could:eek::eek::eek: so i went on to say i was pressuerd into to the sale (which i was) and that the insurence was not suitable for me as the phone was covered under the house insurence after abit they decided to settle as i told them that the fos would likely find in my favour ! they know things werent done all above board years ago and are now paying the price albeit a drop in a vast ocean but i have my drop back thanks :T:T advice to anyone thinking or is going through the same keep going it will be worth it feel free to msg me and for what its worth can advise to on how i approched my claim. goodluck
