This is where I buy my mince, 4 x 450gram packs for £7.99 and it's far better quality than any supermarket mince I have tried.

It may be fantastic, I don't know. But if it's not labelled organic then the animals may have been fed GM feed/crops and you are totally relying on the honesty of the farmer/butcher whereas if something is certified you know it has to meet certain standards which you can read about yourself. If it's British but not labelled with the Red Tractor, again the question is why not ?
