    We've had a run in with them before when my daughter worked for them, should have taken them to the cleaners but had just lost my OH so we weren't up to it. This time they won't get away with it though.

    You can't do anything about not having an employment contract. But if he goes to ET, then he can add on the complaint that he had no statement of particulars (he can't go to ET for that alone).
