My wife’s car failed the MOT on Saturday. OK it was a Citroen Picasso so perhaps it was understandable. But we thought we had done everything right. Some people make the assumption that you will receive a much better service from a main dealer than a good independant. From my experience this is not the case. A good independant garage is much more thorough than any main dealer that I have used in the past. He has fixed minor problems which the main dealer has never been able to fix and works out cheaper.
