Personalising School Clothes

DD starts school in 2 weeks and has to wear gym rubbers indoors. I have been trying to get her the nice looking ones from Sainsburys (hearts or butterflies embroidered on them) but after 3 weeks of searching I cannot find them in a size 10
So I bought plain ones in a 10 instead and am looking for crafty suggestions about how to 'bling' them up....a) so they look pretty (she is a girly girl) and b) so she can easily spot them among 23 other pairs of black gym shoes in the cloakroom
Suggestions welcome

Might sound silly but do you know she can actually wear those? As it wouldn't be allowed at my children's school.
You can get stick on 'jewels', although i'm not sure how well they would stick on to plimsolls.0 -
My two boys went to the same school so I know all the kids wear them, to protect the carpets

Would a fabric glue work on the jewels d'you think?Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. Should work. You can also use the fabric paints on the plimsolls. Check out this link for idea ...... http://www.fizzpotzz.co.uk/plimsoll-parties.asp if the school allow it then great as it is so helpful to the classroom assistants etc.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0
